Refund & Cancellation Policy

Olly Learn and Olly Flashcards are free and involve no payment. Three products are paid, one-time purchases: the Olly AI Interviewer 5-pack (₹999), an Interview Prep role preparation (₹1999), and 6 Months Full Access (₹4999). Because access is delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for completed purchases, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which permit non-refundable digital goods once access has been granted.

• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the extra amount in full.
• Payment debited but access not granted: If your payment went through but your mock-interview credits, role preparation, or full access were not unlocked in your account within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it immediately — either by granting access or issuing a full refund.
• Technical failure: If a confirmed bug or service outage on our side prevented you from accessing what you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Your registered email address
• Which product you purchased (Olly AI Interviewer 5-pack, Interview Prep role, or Full Access)
• Your Razorpay payment ID (visible in your bank statement or the Razorpay receipt email)
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Olly does not offer subscriptions — every paid product, including the 6-month full access pass, is a one-time purchase that does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. Full access simply expires at the end of its 6-month window; it is not pro-rated or refunded for early non-use.
